I give it an A+, and it could serve as the prototype for downtown residential development in 21st century Toronto.” Radio City was named the National Urban Design Award Winner by the Royal Architectural Institute of Canada, The Canadian Institute of Planners, and the Canadian Society of Landscape Architects, and won the Global Award of Excellence from the Urban Land Institute.
